Pipe Flashings
Factory-fabricated with a reinforced single-ply PVC base and a flexible, non-reinforced upper. Available in a variety of sizes to suit different pipe diameters. Optional pipe flashing clamps available.

IB Warning Strip
Bright yellow PVC membrane rolls, 6" wide, used to designate rooftop hazard zones and restricted access areas.

Foil Tape
Durable aluminum foil tape with a high-tensile strength epoxy coating and a cold-weather acrylic adhesive. Backed with a silicone paper liner for easy handling and installation.

Round T-Joint Patch
Required for use on all 80 mil IB PVC roofing projects to ensure proper sealing and system performance.

Pitch Pan
Formed from PVC Clad Metal with a 45 mil non-reinforced PVC film laminated to 24-gauge G90 galvanized steel. Used for sealing around penetrations where standard flashings won’t suffice.

Crossgrip Walk Pad
Slip-resistant rooftop walkway system designed for durability and safety in high-traffic roof zones.

Scuppers

Through-Wall Scuppers
Fabricated from 24-gauge coated metal with a factory-attached 60 mil reinforced IB PVC target flashing. Available in standard through-wall and drop scupper configurations for quick and reliable installation.

IB Drain Liner
Constructed with round, straight tube leaders and factory-applied reinforced IB PVC target flashings. Designed for secure integration with IB roof membranes and efficient drainage performance.

Pre-Flashed Metal Penetrations
Made from durable coated metal and pre-flashed with reinforced IB PVC single-ply target flashing. Streamlines installation and ensures a watertight seal with minimal field labor.

Vents

IB 10" Roof Vent
Constructed from heavy-duty, UV-stabilized PVC with a permanently attached cap for maximum durability and protection. Includes an integral insect-resistant screen and a factory-welded IB PVC membrane target patch dielectrically welded to the flange for easy, watertight integration.

IB Recover Membrane Vent
Available exclusively in a two-way venting style, this component is designed for use in recover applications. It integrates seamlessly with IB membrane systems for reliable rooftop airflow management.

IB Dryer/Exhaust Vent
A two-piece, general-purpose roof exhaust vent featuring a built-in clamping band for quick and secure installation. Designed to handle dryer or HVAC exhaust while maintaining compatibility with IB PVC membrane systems.

Flashings

Non-Reinforced Detail Flashing Roll
Made from flexible, non-reinforced IB PVC membrane, this flashing is ideal for intricate tail work and areas that require easy handling and installation.

Cover Strip
Constructed with a polyester scrim-reinforced, resin-based PVC sheet. Meets ASTM D4434, Type III standards for strength and performance.

Non-Reinforced Metal Joint Patch
Pre-cut membrane patches made from non-reinforced PVC, designed for use at butt joints of IB PVC Clad Metal drip edges and gravel stops in conjunction with bond breaker foil tape.

Drains

IB Retrofit Drain
Constructed from a heavy-duty, one-piece spun aluminum body with cast aluminum clamping rings. Includes a factory-applied IB PVC target sheet, allowing for easy and secure welding to the membrane during installation. Designed to fit into a variety of existing leader pipe sizes.

IB Retrofit Drain with Target Sheet
Features a durable aluminum body and cast aluminum clamping rings. Supplied with a factory-installed weldable PVC target sheet to simplify field application and ensure watertight integration.

IB Wood Deck Drain
Designed for use on wood substrate roofs, this drain includes a galvanized steel flange that fastens directly to the deck, providing a secure and long-lasting solution for drainage in wood deck applications.
