Pac-750 Soffit Panels
Petersen offers a pre-formed aluminum soffit panel suitable for both commercial and residential use. These panels are roll-formed from .032 aluminum. Panels are 12” wide with a “vee” groove every 6” center-to-center and furnished in continuous lengths of up to 25’. Minimum panel length varies by location. Consult rep.

Soffit “J” Channel
Petersen can provide soffit “J” Channel as trim to match any of its soffit panels. “J” Channel is available in lengths up to 12’ in matching colors.

HWP panels are part of PAC-CLAD’s Precision Series, one of 12 architectural wall panel profiles that combine striking aesthetics with economical installation. Featuring a ⅞-inch depth, these versatile metal panels can be installed vertically or horizontally and intermixed with other profiles for enhanced design flexibility. The PAC-CLAD Modular AL wall panel system by Petersen offers architects and designers exceptional creative flexibility for crafting distinctive cassette-style metal cladding. Panels are available in a variety of sizes, depths, and colors, with the option to standardize dimensions or customize them for dynamic, eye-catching patterns. Vertical and horizontal orientations can be combined within a single layout for added visual interest. With 46 standard PAC-CLAD finishes—plus Wood Grain, Ore, or custom colors—designers have virtually unlimited color combinations. Panels can also be perforated, including custom patterns that spell out text or display logos.

HWP
The original Precision Series HWP profile features a 7/8” depth and is available in either 12-in. or 16-in. (nominal) widths.

HIGHLINE
The seven Precision Series Highline profiles are 1-3/8-in. deep and can be intermixed to add visual intensity to a building’s exterior. Options include either 12-in. or 16-in. (nominal) widths.

BOX RIB
The four Precision Series Box Rib panels are 1-3/8 in. deep with a nominal 12-in. width and feature 87-degree rib angles and a variety of rib spacing patterns.

The Precision Series architectural wall panels deliver design versatility with 12 distinctive profiles that blend bold aesthetics and simplified installation. Available in styles such as Highline, Box Rib, and HWP, these panels offer two depth options and a variety of rib patterns that can be mixed and matched for custom visual effects. Designed for both residential and commercial applications, the panels accommodate thermal movement, support optional perforations for light and airflow control, and provide a flexible solution for modern architectural designs.

Box Rib Wall Panel Systems

Box Rib 4 metal wall panels feature a 1 3/8-inch depth and precise 87-degree rib angles, producing strong shadow lines that deliver a bold architectural statement. Designed for efficient and cost-effective installation, these panels can be applied horizontally or vertically and mixed with other Precision Series profiles such as Highline and HWP for enhanced design flexibility. A perforated aluminum option is available to diffuse light, improve acoustic performance, or introduce distinctive visual detail.

Flush & Reveal Wall Panels

Flush panels provide a flat appearance for metal wall, fascia, and soffit applications, with concealed fastening and optional pencil ribs for added strength. Panels are factory-formed, leveled, and installed over solid substrates. Trim and optional wind-resistant clips enhance performance, meeting high-wind requirements. A 30-year finish warranty and expert consultation ensure quality and compliance.

Reveal panels are designed for metal wall, fascia, and soffit applications, offering a flat appearance with a 1 ½” reveal between panels. Installed over a solid substrate or framing sections, they feature factory-formed lengths and concealed fastening clips for enhanced wind resistance. Petersen’s PAC-CLAD panels include precision leveling, durable trim options, and a 30-year finish warranty.
